1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website valeravix.com (hereinafter, the "Site"), you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the terms set forth herein, we ask that you refrain from using the Site and our services. Continued use of the Site after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Description of Services
Valeravix, S.A. de C.V. offers consulting and guidance services in the areas of financial education, access to government support programs, and personalized economic planning. Our services include, among others: initial financial assessments, educational workshops, guides on current social programs, and assistance in developing individual financial plans. The services provided through the Site are informational and advisory in nature, and do not constitute binding financial, tax, or legal advice.
3. Eligibility
Valeravix services are intended for individuals over 18 years of age with legal residence in the United Mexican States. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that the information provided through our forms is truthful, complete, and up to date.
4. Use of the Site
The user agrees to use the Site in accordance with applicable legislation, these Terms and Conditions, morality, and good customs. It is strictly prohibited to: (a) use the Site for illegal or unauthorized purposes; (b) introduce viruses, malware, or any malicious code; (c) attempt unauthorized access to Valeravix systems or databases; (d) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Site without express written authorization; (e) provide false or misleading information in contact forms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio files, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Valeravix or its content providers and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property laws, including the Federal Copyright Law and the Industrial Property Law. Unauthorized use of any material on the Site may result in civil and criminal proceedings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Valeravix provides the content and information on the Site in good faith and for informational purposes, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Valeravix shall not be liable for: (a) financial decisions made based on the information provided through the Site; (b) interruptions in the Site's service due to technical causes, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure; (c) direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site; (d) the accuracy or completeness of information about government programs, which is subject to changes by competent authorities without prior notice.
7. Personal Data Protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Notice, available in the corresponding section of this Site. By providing your data through the contact form, you consent to processing as described in said notice and in accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. For the resolution of any dispute arising from the interpretation, compliance, or breach of these Terms, the parties expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of present or future domicile.
9. Modifications
Valeravix reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any changes. The date of the last update is found at the beginning of this document.
